Yulia Nikitina is a specialist of security politics in Eurasia with a focus on regional organizations. She is the author of the book The CSTO and SCO: models of security regionalism (Navona, 2009, in Russian) and of the handbook Introduction to World Politics and International Relations (Aspect-Press, 2009, 2012, 2014, 2016, in Russian). She has written several articles on CSTO and SCO and co-authored the INSOR report CSTO: responsible security (2011).
