MGIMO has its own private medical centre, offering students and faculty members up-to-date medical care. 

The clinic provides assistance in the following areas: general practice, ophthalmology, psychological counseling, otolaryngology, physical therapy diagnosis, and dental care.

In order to gain access to these services, foreign students must take out health insurance.
