Foreign students who have arrived from abroad are allowed to participate in the educational process only if they have two negative results of PCR test for COVID-19.
To return to full-time studies, foreign students are obliged to:
- Get a negative PCR test result no earlier than three days before the arrival to the Russian Federation.
- Get a second negative PCR test result within three days after the arrival. Before receiving its results, it is necessary to observe the isolation.
- Having received a negative result, you should send a scan of the document confirming the result, and medical insurance to the e-mail address: arrival@inno.mgimo.ru.
- With the confirmation of unlocking your student pass being received, return to face-to-face studies at the University.
Foreign students who have arrived from abroad can live in University dormitories only if they have two negative PCR test results for COVID-19.
To return to the dormitory, a foreign student is obliged to:
- Get a negative PCR test result no earlier than three days before the arrival in the Russian Federation.
- Get a second negative PCR test result within three days after the arrival. There are several ways to pass the test: 1) taking express test at the airport at your own expense and immediately move into your room in the dormitory, showing the result to the commandant; 2) taking standard test at your own expense, inviting medical stuff to the dormitory (it is necessary to warn the commandant); 3) taking the test at the expense of the University (the laboratory staff will arrive at the dormitory). Before receiving the result, it is necessary to observe the isolation regime at the dormitory No. 2.
- With the negative test result received, you are to present it to the commandant of the dormitory and check in to your dormitory room.
Foreign students who already know the exact date and time of arrival should provide this information at least 2-3 days prior to the arrival to the following e-mail address: arrival@inno.mgimo.ru. It is also necessary to communicate the selected option of passing the second test.
