The adventure film «Lord of the Wind» («Повелитель ветра») about the record-breaking traveller Fyodor Konyukhov (directed and starring Fyodor Bondarchuk) starts in all the cinemas of the country on October 5. The roles in this film were also played by English-speaking professors of the MGIMO School of Government and International Affairs (SGIA) Martin John Cooke (Great Britain) and Richard Breffny Morgan (Ireland).

Having taken up a part-time position at MGIMO while being director of Moscow English language theatre at the time, Martin Cooke is already known to his multi-million audience through his film work in such famous Russian films and TV series as «Spy» («Шпион»), Ballet («Балет») and Out-Loud («Вслух»).

At SGIA, Professors Martin Cooke and Richard Morgan teach a specialised course on English for Professional Purposes, training students from different years of study in The Art of Public Speaking and the techniques of Critical Reading.
