Following the decree of the Russian President, the Director of MGIMO’s International Institute of Administration Robert Engibaryan and the Director of the University’s Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy Valery Salygin were decorated for their contribution to the development of science and education as well as for years of dedication to their work.
Vladimir Putin’s Decree № 95 from March 1st, 2017 states that Valery Salygin is to receive the Order of Alexander Nevsky and Robert Engibaryan the Order of Friendship. Congratulations to both of them!
