April 19th, the 17th international exhibition «Education and Profession» started its work in Tashkent in the Peoples’ Friendship Palace.
MGIMO representatives held a stand at the event, presenting the different programs and explaining to prospective students the application process. The visitors showed a particular interest for the following areas of study: International Relations, Management, Economics and Business Informatics, which will be taught from September this year in MGIMO’s new branch in Tashkent.
Over forty faculty members of universities worldwide gathered for this event. MGIMO was represented at the exhibition by the Associate Professor of the School of Governance and Politics Tatiana Yarovova, the Deputy Head of the Educational and Methodological Department of MGIMO’s Odintsovo Branch, Elizaveta Litvinova, the Head of the Protocol and University Promotion Group Karina Chentsova and the Deputy Director of the ASEAN Center Ekaterina Tronevskaya.
April 22nd, the exhibition continued in Samarkand. Uzbekistan currently needs specialists in different spheres and there are new opportunities for MGIMO to attract applicants from Tashkent and Samarkand.
