November 18th, MGIMO’s Vice-Rector for Research E. Kozhokin greeted a delegation from India led by Dr. T. Raghavan, Director General of the Indian Council of World Affairs.
The Indian delegation also comprised Dr. R. Das from the Center for International Trade Research at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Professor H. Vasudevan of the University of Calcutta, staff of the Indian Council of World Affairs and representatives of the Indian Embassy in Moscow. On the Russian side, the meeting was attended by the Chief Editor of the journal MGIMO-University Vestnik, M. Harkevich.
The sides discussed plans to hold the next Russian-Indian Forum of Leading Intellectual Centers in March 2020, its tentative agenda, and mulled over the ways to increase cooperation between MGIMO’s scientific publications and Indian think tanks and universities.
