March 1st, MGIMO’s International Energy Policy and Diplomacy Institute (MIEP) concluded a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Law of Bashkir State University.
The official document was signed by MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov, the Director of MIEP Valery Salygin, the Rector of Bashkir State University Nikolay Morozkin and the Director of the Institute of Law Ilona Makarenko. The agreement paves the way for cooperation in research and education.
MGIMO, MIEP, Bashkir State University and its Institute of Law will jointly train experts in many different fields including energy diplomacy, international law, energy security, finance, management and public relations. The sides agreed to share best practices, create joint working groups and perform joint research and publications.
