N.Konina graduated from School of International Economic Relations, MGIMO in 1986 (with Honours). In 1989 N.Konina completed post graduate studies and defended a PhD in economics thesis on the theme “United Nations Economic organizations activity in international industrial cooperation”. In 2009 N.Konina gave Doctorate Thesis defense on the theme “Competitiveness of multinational corporations in the globalized world” at MGIMO University Dissertation Council. N.Konina has been engaged in teaching for more than 25 years. Since 1994 N.Konina has been providing consulting for Russian industrial and business firms.

Subjects taught: Management, International Management, Management Theory, HR Management, International Company Management and others.

N.Konina has an advanced level of English and German.

Academic interests: international competitiveness of Russian and multinational companies, international management, contemporary firms reengineering, corporate mergers and acquisitions, international strategic alliances, transnational corporations, geo-economics.
