Dmitry Kolomytsev

Vice-Rector for Construction, Ph.D. in Economics

In 2002 Dr. Kolomytsev graduated from Volgograde State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Industrial and Civil engineering. In 2003–2007 he studied law at Moscow State University of Economics and Statistics. He also went through advanced training courses in Moscow Power Engineering Institute and in the training center “Gamma”. In 2005, he received his Ph.D. in Economics, having defended his thesis entitled: “The Development of Real Estate Registration Methods as a Factor Boosting Investment in Housing” at Moscow Central Research Institute under The Russian Federation State Committee for Construction.

Dr. Kolomytsev speaks English.
