On April 21, 2020 on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the support of the UN Secretary General A.Gutteres Henry T. Sardaryan was elected representative of the Russian Federation in the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration.

On June 16, 2020  was elected member of the Сivic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
