During Czech President Milos Zeman’s official visit to Moscow and at the margins of his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, a Memorandum of Understanding on the creation of a Russian-Czech discussion forum was signed by its coordinators, MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov and the Director of the Prague Institute of International Relations Petr Kratochvil.
The forum has been designed as a platform for a wide range of actors from civil society and business to discuss and share their ideas about a myriad of issues relating to international politics, bilateral cooperation and regional conflicts.
