February 20th, the Director of the Skolkovo International Gymnasium Oksana Demyanenko, the founder of the «New School» Yulia Veshnikova, the Director of «Horoshkola» Ilya Golenopolsky, the founder of the Absolute-Help Foundation Е. Sinayuk and the Director of the MGIMO’s Gorchakov Lyceum Roman Kotov attended a meeting at Skolkovo. The parties decided to launch an initiative on the creation of a «League of New Schools».
The League is a group of Russian schools that share common values and an innovative approach to teaching children. The creation of this organization will allow the participating schools to network, share their experiences and best practices, conduct joint academic, sports and cultural events and much more. This interaction will provide pupils and teachers alike with a renewed motivation to improve the quality of education and their academic achievements. The members of the League will hold the next meeting at the Gorchakov Lyceum.
