Dear colleagues!
The Centre for South Asian Studies of the MGIMO Institute for International Studies is organising an international conference «Current Issues of India’s development» on November 17, 2023.
We invite for participation indologists and other specialists, whose research field overlaps with the programme of the conference.
The agenda is the following:
- India’s foreign policy vectors and international relations in South Asia;
- Domestic political and economic development of India;
- India’s role in world politics: perception of India and its partners;
- Social problems in modern India: challenges and solutions.
Working languages: Russian and English
Form of participation: presentation (10-15 minutes), offline or online. PowerPoint presentations are welcome.
Online registration is available until November 3, 2023 on the link. Please, submit your abstracts until November 10, 2023 to the email address: south_asia@inno.mgimo.ru.
The conference materials are planned to be published in the scientific journals of MGIMO University.
The event is organised within the framework of the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership program.
