PAYING ENROLLMENT FEES

You are not officially enrolled until the contract with the University is signed and all fees are paid in full before a program or a term begins. You can make a transfer prior to or upon your arrival in Moscow but please bear in mind that it takes a few days and you are responsible for any bank commission.
