Double Degree Master Program «Corporate Governance and Global Network Diplomacy»

The interdisciplinary double degree master program in English was opened in MGIMO in 2014 according to the Treaty between MGIMO of MFA of Russia and HEC Paris.

The program is aimed at preparing high-qualified specialists, giving them knowledge and skills that are necessary for a successful career in global corporations and international organizations.

To apply for the program you need:

1. to have a file of the following documents in English till March:

  • a motivation letter;
  • CV;
  • Two reference letters from professors of the leading departments;
  • The results of IELTS (at least 7,5)
  • The results of GMAT ( Graduate Management Admission Test)
  • The transcript of records for 4 years of Bachelor studies;
  • The average score for these 4 years.

2. register on the HEC website in the section of double-degree programs

3. be interviewed by a commission of representatives of partner universities.

The application procedure allows to apply remotely without the immediate presence of candidates.

Period of study lasts two years. During the first year students study at the HEC Paris in major ‘Management’ and the second year they spend at MGIMO and can choose between ‘Management’ and ‘International relations’. There can be maximum 15 applicants from every University.

Tuition fee:
— for HEC and MGIMO students — 27.500 Euro for 2 years
— for students of other universities — 35.500 Euro for 2 years

Elective disciplines enable to get additional knowledge in economics, finance, international and contract law, business strategies and shape individual educational trajectories of students.

After graduation Russian students are able to get two master degree diplomas:

  • in Management, HEC Paris
  • in Management OR International Relations, MGIMO of MFA of Russia

The obligatory requirement for getting diplomas of the partner universities is the implementation of the study plans for the first and second years.
